Requirements
- The goods must be delivered with a bill of lading indicating the order number and the amounts per position.
- Packaging must be appropriate for package contents.
- Hazardous materials or chemicals must be transported in accordance with the provisions of Decree 1609/2002.
- The transporter must provide staff to unload the goods.
- Abstain from sending invoices with the goods, which should be sent to the authorized submission points, in compliance with the established requirements.
Tolima
- The staff who delivers the material must be currently registered with mandatory healthcare and occupational risk insurance and bring the necessary personal protective equipment for unloading and delivery.
- Additionally, information on the staff who will enter the substations must be sent at least 24 hours before delivery in order to authorize their entry.

- The delivery appointments must be requested from the following contacts, with five days’ notice of the date of the delivery promise established in the order.
