Serena del Mar
Celsia is the partner that supports Serena del Mar in the development of the first smart city proposal in Colombia, with the implementation of services such as:
Cooling district: It provides thermal energy services to Hospital Carlos Haime and Universidad de Los Andes.
Solar energy: We are implementing a solar system that will generate clean energy for the Hospital Carlos Haime and Universidad de Los Andes.
Backup energy: We supply the backup generators at Hospital Carlos Haime with 3,000 kW of power.
Electric mobility: A charging station for electric vehicles is available.
Electricity projects: We are the electricity distribution grid.
Fiber optics: We built the entire fiber optic infrastructure so that the various telecommunications operators can access it.
Internet: We offer quality Internet plans with capacity up to 1,000 MB for home or commercial use.
Wastewater treatment system: We treat water under quality criteria required for its reuse, using it to irrigate green areas.
Gran Manzana Shopping Center
Celsia will develop the entire energy infrastructure for this project in this shopping center being built in Cartagena:
Cooling district: It will provide useful thermal energy for the air conditioning of the shopping center, which will receive about 7,000 visitors per day with a system of 550 tons of refrigeration (TR) plus 1,500 TR/hour of storage.
Solar energy: Clean energy will be generated in the common areas through a system of approximately 200 kWp.
Backup energy: The entire electrical power is backed up in the event of a system failure by three backup plants totaling 2 MW.
Electric mobility: A charging station for electric vehicles will be built in the future.
Electricity projects: Supply and installation of the shopping center’s entire infrastructure.
Conventional energy: Unregulated energy for common areas.
Efficient lighting: High efficiency lighting supplied for the common areas.
