Serena del Mar's energy grids run underground
This generates greater stability and reduces external risks that usually affect the electrical infrastructure (weather, accidents, among others) and improves the urban landscape.
Your service has smart metering

Waste Management
In partnership with Veolia, we are working together in a comprehensive waste management effort through collection, transportation, sweeping, composting, and recycling activities, contributing to environmental sustainability and protection.
The cost of this service is set by Veolia and regulated by the Water and Basic Sanitation Regulatory Commission (Comisión de Regulación de Agua y Saneamiento Básico, CRA) and supervised by the Superintendence of Residential Public Utilities. Celsia handles the payments and addresses and channels your concerns and requests.
Sewer System
Untreated sewage discharged into the sea affects not only your health, but also natural ecosystems.
At Celsia, we treat wastewater with the quality criteria required for its reuse, using it to irrigate green areas and contributing to the care of rivers, streams, and coastlines.
Internet
We offer Internet plans with up to 1,000 MB capacity, you choose the plan that suits you best and browse at incredible speeds and prices.
Cooling District
Serena del Mar has the first cooling district in Colombia to provide air conditioning to residential projects.
This system, designed and implemented by Celsia, uses equipment that produces electricity and cold water to replace conventional heating and cooling systems and optimize energy consumption.
With the cooling district powering your building, you can replace traditional heating and cooling systems with simpler, more energy-efficient equipment.
