That is why we are strengthening our employees’ skills in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analysis, and Python. Furthermore, understanding that our leaders are key to promoting our culture, we have included them in training programs and provided them with tools for empowerment, building environments of trust, and sharing knowledge—because they are essential to advancing our culture.

Training and development

 

At Celsia, development means daring to be different in connection with the life moment of each employee. To this end, we have programs that provide tools to achieve integral growth and the scope of the employee’s life project in an agile and efficient manner, and training programs for the development of key competencies for the achievement of organizational objectives.

 

From development, the Develop your energy program aims to empower employees in their own development, providing them with different tools to facilitate their personal and professional growth, such as:

Good Energy Conversations: is performance management, seeks to develop Celsianos in their role in their role; focused on the development of each person, and allowing to identify to what extent they contribute to the achievement of results, facilitating the strengthening and consolidation of an organizational culture with clear and defined goals.

360° Feedback: completely anonymous exercise, in which people rate their adjustment to the Celsia culture and the strengths and opportunities for improvement.

Development Plan: tools to work on personal development challenges under the 20 – 70 – 10 methodology.

Internships: these are short assignments of at least 6 months where they can perform the responsibilities of another role on a temporary basis, supporting a different team. These can be in Celsia, but also in other Grupo Argos companies.

Assignments: temporary assignment of less than 6 months where a different role is performed for a short period of time with notification in the assignment system. Mentoring: these are processes in which an experienced person (mentor) assists another (mentee) in the development of specific skills and knowledge that will improve the professional and personal growth of the less experienced employee in the capacity or competence to be developed.

Acquiring new knowledge: the collaborator completes specializations, master’s or doctoral degrees or any of the training courses available in the E4 Academy catalog.

Mobilities: these are changes of role that allow exposure to new responsibilities and processes, learning, expanding capabilities and facing new experiences that enrich their professional process.

From training, through the E4 Academy, we promote organizational learning and the development of technical and personal competencies for the achievement of organizational objectives. One of these programs is Organizational Capabilities, which seeks to promote reskilling and upskilling through the development of essential skills such as: data management, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, Python, productivity tools and soft skills, to all employees to achieve objectives.
