Supply chain

Purpose: Our team is committed to forging strong connections and building lasting trust with our internal customers and stakeholders. We adapt nimbly to their needs, driving the Celsia 2.0 culture and fostering empathetic relationships, all in order to generate significant value in our ecosystem.

We achieve all this through the implementation of different initiatives:

Supplier segmentation based on Kraljic methodology.
Supplier evaluation.
Development of our areas of influence by contracting local suppliers.
Sustainable purchasing management, prioritizing the local market in such a way as to have a positive impact on the cost of raw materials and promote the development of national industry.
Training and development of suppliers to contribute to their performance and growth; we also encourage the creation of shared value to strengthen our long-term relationships.
Circular economy initiatives, in order to reincorporate and take advantage of our products in the productive cycle of the value chain.
Notifications to suppliers of critical materials, informing their level of compliance in deliveries, so that they implement improvements in the timeliness of supply to avoid future breaks in inventory and put at risk the continuity of the business relationship.
Our sustainable supply is based on an internally developed maturity model that allows us to see what stage we are at and generate work plans that lead us to have a more sustainable chain in all its processes.
Promotion of diversity in our work teams, through inclusive selection processes that seek to recruit people with cognitive or physical disabilities.

The development of these initiatives is framed within the guidelines of the Supply Chain, Code of Conduct for Suppliers, relationship and communication spaces, and methodologies for the identification and assessment of risks and opportunities.

Sustainable Sourcing Maturity Model

In the Supply Chain area, we work on integrating ESG criteria into our processes, with the goal of implementing sustainability best practices comprehensively. To this end, we have developed an in-house ESG Maturity Model tailored to our corporate needs. This model consists of 5 dimensions: context, sourcing strategy, sustainable procurement, logistics, and supplier relations. It also includes 15 sub-dimensions, which allow us to address each aspect with greater precision.

The level of maturity within the model is evaluated in four progressive stages: Initial,Defined,Managed, and Optimized, the latter being the benchmark for global best practices. Through this methodology, we aim to consolidate a more responsible supply chain, aligned with international standards
