In accordance with External Circular 013 of 1998 and 004 of 1999, issued by the Superintendencia Financiera, between the date of accrual of dividend and the first payday, there must be a minimum period of 11 days, called the ex-dividend period, during which all share trading through the stock exchange implies for the selling shareholder, the right to receive dividends that are pending.
